| Beginning February 1st on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday |
8th grade football players will start lifting after
school on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3-4:30. Coach Parker and
Coach Pike will come from DCHS to work with these players at Three Oaks.
6ht and 7th grade players will also lift after
school on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3-4:30. Coach Eaves will
be working with these players.
Players need to dress in shorts, sweats, t-shirts,
and sweat shirts. Players will not be allowed to workout in jeans.
Players can expect to go outside any day.
All players must have a current physical.
